CineVoice Privacy Policy

This policy applies specifically to CineVoice, a video creation and YouTube publishing application. It does not describe the separate Vowd social accountability app.
Purpose of the application
CineVoice helps its operator prepare video content and upload it to YouTube channels for which permission has been granted.
Information and permissions
When a Google account is authorized, CineVoice requests the Google/YouTube permissions configured in its OAuth consent screen. These may include permission to upload videos to an authorized YouTube channel. Google supplies authorization credentials needed to perform permitted actions. The exact scopes presented during authorization define the access granted.
To complete a video upload, the app may process video files, associated titles and descriptions, and the responses or video identifiers returned by YouTube.
How information is used
- To authenticate authorized YouTube API requests.
- To upload videos and submit associated metadata at the operator's direction.
- To report upload results and troubleshoot errors.
CineVoice does not seek access to unrelated Google account information for advertising purposes.
Storage and security
Authorization credentials may need to be retained by the application's backend so it can perform authorized operations without requiring sign-in for every upload. Access to credentials should be limited to the application operator and necessary application processes. No internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security.
Sharing with third parties
Information required for video publishing is sent to Google's YouTube services via the YouTube API. Other infrastructure used to run the app may process information as necessary to operate the service. CineVoice does not offer Google user data for sale.
Revoking access and requesting deletion
You can revoke CineVoice's access at Google Account third-party connections. To request deletion of authorization credentials or related data held by the operator, email azer24166@gmail.com. Revocation prevents future authorized access but does not automatically delete videos already published to YouTube.
Google and YouTube policies
CineVoice uses YouTube API Services. By using this integration you are also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
Changes
This policy may be updated when CineVoice's features or data practices change. Changes will be posted on this page.
